5 Days Classic Northern Tanzania Safari

Your safari begins with a morning departure from Arusha to Tarangire National Park. Famous for its large elephant populations, ancient baobab trees, and seasonal Tarangire River, the park offers exceptional wildlife viewing throughout the year.

Enjoy a full-day game drive with a picnic lunch while searching for elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, buffaloes, lions, and numerous bird species.

In the late afternoon, transfer to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

After breakfast, drive through the beautiful Ngorongoro Conservation Area towards Serengeti National Park. Enjoy spectacular scenery as you enter the endless plains that have made Serengeti one of Africa's greatest wildlife destinations.

Following lunch, enjoy an afternoon game drive searching for lions, cheetahs, elephants, giraffes, hyenas, and large herds of wildebeest and zebras.

Dinner and overnight in the Serengeti.

Spend the entire day exploring different regions of Serengeti National Park. Depending on the season, your guide will take you to the best wildlife viewing areas.

Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Begin the day with an early morning game drive before leaving Serengeti for the Ngorongoro Conservation Area.

Descend approximately 600 meters into the Ngorongoro Crater, one of Africa's most remarkable wildlife sanctuaries. Enjoy a game drive across the crater floor while searching for black rhinos, lions, elephants, buffaloes, hippos, flamingos, and many other species.

After a picnic lunch, ascend the crater and continue to your lodge near Lake Manyara or Karatu.

After breakfast, travel to Lake Manyara National Park for your final safari experience. Although compact, the park is renowned for its diverse ecosystems, groundwater forests, flamingos, hippos, elephants, baboons, and the famous tree-climbing lions.
